Stunted growth?

Ok so I'm 15 and 2.5 months ago I tried to squat and it was way out of my weight range, don't ask why I did it haha, my back hurt when I bent down or did a sit up. A week later, the pain went away but it still ached and felt sore whenever I used it, it still aches when I use it to this day. Do you guys think I may have stunted my growth? Help :D!
