Should I go for her?

There is this girl at church that I absolutely have a huge crush on. Many times I've wanted to ask her out on a date or to prom this year but I just never seem to be able to. I'm athletic (somewhat) pretty smart, pretty funny, and I make her laugh a lot. I'm not shy, or scared to ask one out, cause I'm constantly talking to girls. What do you guys think? Should I ask out on a date, or what should I do?
