Hand/fingers

Recently noticed this...



Left hand I can make a circle with the other three fingers perfectly straight.
Right hand I can't do this without bending my middle finger.

Normal?
I'm a guitarist so my left hand does have some more flexibility, but it still seems odd.
My mum has rheumatoid arthritis but I don't think it's hereditary...
Should I be concerned/seek medical help?
