I am 14 years old and i am a freshman about to be a sophomore this coming august. The thing is i'll be going toa new school and i dont want to stay the way i am forever! I have at least 2-3 centimeters of fat over my stomach and a little "meat" on my arms and the most of my weight comes from my HUGE Black ghetto girl booty but im A GUY! so ive started the p90x thing this monday but i dont know how to eat right. ive tried drinking a protein shake for lunch at school as a snack and then eating a real lunch at home like tuna sandwich and strawberries but my friends keep telling me i have to drink it after a workout and bblah blah blah then with p90x i dont know if it really works. Guy's keep telling me do wrestling or do football but im scared because i tried on the wrestling one piece and the coach laughed because my but kept blabbing all over the place So that's a big NOOOO! PLEASE HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO??
