Weight loss help?

Hey guys,

I'm a healthy and active 16 year old boy, but I have too much belly fat for my liking. I run daily, do abs routines and eat a fairly healthy diet, yet I still see no change in my weight. You can still see my ribcage, so I'm not a fat dude, but I just really want to get rid of my belly fat. How should I do it?
