alright, i'm 16 and will be 17 in two months or so. I'm now 5"8 so pretty tall, and I know have evident sideburns and a little hair around my mouth/chin area. I've got a lot under my armpits and have full grown pubes, but my penis still hasn't grown! It's been the same 4.5in for nearly 3 years now.. is this my final size? Everything else seems to have finished developing but my penis hasnt!
