Masturbating with no Lube

Is it normal to masturbate with out any lubrication? I am circumcised but my penis skin is still kinda loose... I am also wondering if it is ok to occasionally masturbate by humping a pillow with my penis going towards my feet. Will that complicate things later if I keep doing that?
