can't see my girlfriend

I've been with her for a few months now, everytime i try to ask her mom if i could come over and see her, she say's no!!!, i don't know what else to do, she's 57 minute's away from where i'm at, there's also been a few time's where her mom said no and my girlfriend cut her Arm cause of it (she's Bipolar).
