So on monday(Canada got in the way of me posting this LOL) I got to play with 46 other boys from around the maritimes in a game of hockey. Being watched by some maritime scouting agengy who works with the CHL scouts. Wouldn't be anything big cuz a lot of agencies watch a lot of hockey around Canada, just to get a feel for 12-14 yr olds who would be good in junior in a couple years, only it was a big day for me. This guy had a sit down with me and my mom and said that when I'm 14 I need to submit an application for exceptional status to get into junior hockey when I'm 15 :O. Yep, they already think I'll be in junior hockey and that's like years away for me haha. Junior hockey of course being where the majority of future NHLers play. Apply when I'm 14, get watched that season, then hopefully get a call :)
My mom today hired me a personal hockey trainer and is gonna get some of my friends parents together and rent us a rink weekly year round. I always thought I'd play til I was 14 or 15 then quit and have good memories. Now it's time to ramp it up to another level. I'm heading to junior bitches LOL
Am I bragging a bit, and getting excited? Very. But I'm allowed. This is the best day of my life. My dad would be more excited then me.
