Girls checking out guys

Its a frustrating fact that many young guys are far too obvious and creepy when 'checking out a girl' - but the vast majority of guys are able to respectfully check someone out discreetly

my question is, do girls check out guys as much as respectful guys check out girls?

just to elaborate, i mean, do girls discreetly check guys out as much as guys discreetly check girls out - becuase from what i've seen, it seems that a group of guys will be more like 'hey check her out, she's hot' and girls will be less likely to do the same for checking out guys

sorry if this makes no sense, but if anyone gets what i mean then i'd appreciate the discussion :)
