So, this post will almost certainly get me banned but here goes anyhow. I am the step-father of a 14-year-old boy. Last week, I discovered a rather extensive history of porn on his computer including evidence that he has visited adult "hookup" sites. This raises several issues that I want to discuss with him. They include that masturbation is ok and healthy (maybe some information on lube and cleanup), use care with looking at porn (mom doesn't like it and the need to realize that it is, after all pure fantasy, your sexual tastes are your business), and some basic stuff of about sexual health and etiquette (wait until you're ready even if that doesn't mean married, no means no, sexual health is everyone's responsibility to bring your own condom) and that mom and I are trying to respect your privacy. I assume that he has the biology down by now since they covered it in school.
So, how would you fee if your dad had this talk with you? Would it be ok or would you hate him for it? What should I leave out? What do you wish your dad would tell you?
