Poetry Poem I Wrote for an English Worksheet

In response to a worksheet my English teacher gave the class with the simple prompt (that is a quote from a poem we read in class) "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" is different fonts with some words in bold and wrapped in an "F" shape if it didn't have the second line. She told us to do anything we wanted in response. I wrote this poem in response:

Augustus Waters wanted
to be remembered, and
so do I.
Some how, some way,
I will be.

I know it may sound ostentatious,
but the idea of a time
when my name, my soul,
will die with the last person
who held them by memory,
scares me.

In my twenties,
I'll be making films
and taking everything in.
In my thirties,
I'd do the whole marriage
and kids schpiel, and
my first born son will
possess three I's as his suffix.

To me,
money is of only moderate
importance.
I'll get rid of most of it
so it my do good in the world.

I want to make an impact in the lives of
others, whether through the
efforts of the "right-brain"
or via advocacy and policy.

These are ideas not goals.
The book is
still being written.
