Since my back has been messed up back in November, I went down to very part time at the gym, but as of 4 weeks ago now I've been able to return to the gym full time and I've been loving it! It's fun getting back in shape. I've been going every weekday (M-F) for the past weeks. I think I'm going to keep this up for another few weeks before figuring out what my body fat percentage is. :P
