Penis size and height?

I've always had the impression that the bigger/taller a guy is, the larger his penis would be. But a lot of times I've been proven wrong, especially in the gym lockerroom. There are plenty of guys there who are over 6' tall and have the tiniest flaccid/semi hard cocks, which is very surprising. On the other hand, I've seen shorter guys, around 5'6 who sport huge 5-6" flaccids. Of course there's nothing suggesting that a small flaccid cock means a small erect one, but some of those tall guys do get semis sometimes and they're still really small.

So does that mean penis size and height are not interrelated at all?
