I'm surprised that I'm the first to start a thread on this topic considering the movie's popularity and time it's been out, but here I am.

I'm personally not a big fan of most superhero movies and I've never been into comics of any sort. However, I'm rather fond of Captain America and, to a lesser degree, the Avengers movies. Captain America has a neat backstory in my opinion and although I knew nothing of the character before the first Captain America movie, the way they're executing the story is really neat. The first movie I felt was pretty good, but I really liked Winter Soldier. It's certainly an outrageous premise, but for pure, simple entertainment, I'm more than satisfied.
