First off, I am a 15 year old nice, shy, smart, fit guy who is ridiculously awkward. The awkwardness I create is fixed because i'm nice to her, but I really want to tell her how I actually feel.
We've been.. i have no idea what to call it, I guess "friends" for 4 months. You probably do not want to read a bigass story so i'll keep it short:
She first contacted me through a facebook message over winter break, and we talked for hours and hours, and days after that.
We became comfortable around each other, and since she was shy and I was shy we both has this mysterious vibe towards each other.
She flirted a lot towards me, and I did towards her.
We've seen movies together, plays, been alone together, and a ton of other stuff. I didn't even know if we were dating or not. (honestly probably not)
This went on throughout December, January, and February.
It died out in March, but she still flirted around me a little, but got closer to my friends instead, and flirted towards them (which upset me a little bit XD)
She flirts by touching me a lot, especially my arms (idk why but she hugs it and it's a little weird), mostly while we sit together during church sometimes.
She recently invited me to go bowling with two of her closest friends and her brother, and we all had a good time.
But it's not really the same, the way it was back in December and January.
In fact, during February I told a friend (who is friends with both me and her) I liked the girl, and he went up to the girl to ask her if she liked me, and told her my feelings.
We both knew we liked each other.
Right now, we're sorta distant from each other, and I think it's because we're both unsure because we're both shy. I was wondering if I should just ask her what's up and tell her
how I really feel about her, and that might possibly help her gain confidence to let me know how she feels, and we can go back to that great feeling thing we had going during winter.
It brings me to my question, and the only reason that is holding me back is that I don't think she feels the same way anymore, because I have no idea how long it takes
a girl to move on and forget about a guy, and I know I still truly like her.
