Manly ?

So my problem is that I have that "manly straight" friend and people say I am gay just cuz I am not that "manly" but I am straight is it like a bad thing I think it is any advices on being more manly and stuff :p like they talk about a person's boobs and that person (my friend) she helped me through a lot and they just call me gay because I dont wanna talk about someone who helped me get through a lot etc.
So any advices on being more manly .?
