Covering Up Self Harm Scars

I self harmed several months ago, and I am now clean from it for 3 or so months. I still have urges to cut, but I have resisted them. But now I am going on vacation in 2 weeks, and I have patches of scars on my upper legs from it, and I want to cover them up somehow. I've managed to keep it a secret from my parents since I started cutting, but now it's getting harder with warmer weather. People at school have seen them and asked, but no one has told my parents.

So how could I cover them up? Maybe makeup or something..
