issues with le boy

SOOOOO.....

I dated this guy a couple weeks ago. He broke up with me after a week (My shortest relationship was for four months so twas a little shocked). He told me it was because of "personal issues" as of which he couldn't tell me. However, he said we MAY be able to get back together in the summer. The whole thing seemed a bit fishy but I went with it.

Wellp, for the next few weeks he wouldn't text me as often and would seem a bit distant during school. I'd ask him about it but he'd shrug it off. So Tuesday I was getting a bit tired of this whole thing, especially since it was the day before summer break, so in my infinite stupidity I asked him, "We're not getting back together are we?"

So he replied angrily, "WHY do you keep asking me this? I keep telling you to WAIT! Are you doing this to get me to NOT get back together with you? Because it sure seems like it."

I told him that wasn't it but he was angry anyway. Well when I got home I gave him a sorry text but he wouldn't reply. He hasn't replied and it is summer so I can't see him anymore. I know he's a stupid boy but he's the only person I can text (I have a slight texting addiction) and I HATE when people are mad at me. So how can I resolve this without texting him? I'm scared he'll stay mad and we wont be able to even be friends. :(
