Growing? or naww?

I'm an early bloomer, and I'm 13 years old turning 14 in May. I'm about 175 cm or 5'9 in height, and I haven't noticed any significant growth since my last growth spurt which was a while ago. My junk is 5.1-5.5 inches long or the size of an Axe bottle spray (length not width). I asked my family doctor if I would grow more, and he said I will since I'm only 13. I have a tall family from my moms side, all men are over 6 ft, but not my dads side, I haven't seen anyone taller than me than maybe a 2 or 3 people, but that's max. Is it likely for me to grow more, maybe to 6'2 if I have tall genetics from my moms side? I would really be grateful if my junk grew to 6 inches. So is it possible for me to grow to that dream lol?

Edit: The doctor said I should be grateful for my tall genetics from my moms side, so does that mean anything or no?
