Swollen penis, painful and irritated?

I'll admit, I've been jacking off a LOT lately, and also pretty fast as well. Last night I was trying to jack off and it was rather painful to do. It was so irritated that I was not able to orgasm. Ouch. I woke up today with a really sore, swollen penis. I'm guessing it was because I was jacking too hard, and despite it being sore, I still kept going. Any suggestions? I am not able to get a hold of any lube, and I really don't feel like cleaning up afterwards with lube as well. Any help is appreciable.
