abnormaly hairy

Hi, I'm 16 and I have abnormal amounts of hair, I have a full beard already and a load of chest hair and all my but hair gooche hair leg hairs and pubes all join together. I was wondering if anyone else is this hairy and what you do to reduce the ammounts of hair you have on your body.
