When I first started seeing my girlfriend I was a little embarrassed to tell her I lost my virginity at 19 so I said I lost it at 17, she has said in the past how knowing someone's past is important but I just kept putting off telling her and now that we have been together six months, if I tell her, she will be very upset (it might not seem like a big deal to me or most people reading this but I know my girlfriend), the lie has no relevance on our relationship and I have not said any other lies. She will never find out unless I tell her but I just feel bad. Is it worth telling her the truth? Am I over-reacting?
