keeping foreskin retracted

Hey guys,
My glans is a little too sensitive and I wanted to make it less, I'm thinking of keeping my foreskin retracted to desensitize it a little, and I prefer how it looks that way, my foreskin is kinda long, and doesnt want to stay, so I have to pull it back when I feel it's back over the head, I think it's going to get used to it, and eventually will stay permanently back, is anyone else done that before to give me some tips and advices.
I don't feel the need to get cut
