Hey everyone. So I met a guy a few days ago and things have just been...interesting. I hope for some dating advice especially from people who have had same-sex relationships before who can maybe understand a bit of it. Ok, so let me explain the whole story. Basically, I met him at an LGBT conference I was at over the weekend at a university in Tennessee, and we both go to different schools in Tennessee that are about 3 hours from each other. I looked into his eyes and honestly it was practically love at first sight. We both knew we were immediately interested in each other a lot. So then a group of people went out to dinner later, and sat at different tables and mingled among each other, and he said he wanted to sit with me, so we did, and I just kept gazing into his eyes and I really liked him and it was clear it was mutual. We gave 3 goodbye hugs to one another and then the second I got into the car I received I really nice text from him, and we basically texted all of that night and all of the day the next day. by the end of the next day we decided that we really liked each other and to call it something. He told me he would give up having sex (I'm asexual, he's gay) to be with me he liked me so much and it just felt so amazing. I felt so cared for. We had talked a lot at dinner and just connected really well and it all felt right. But then over the course of last night and today just things felt like they sped up for me and him way to fast and we both agreed. He is coming to visit me in 2 weeks still but I'm just really nervous things aren't going to work out. I don't know what I should really do:thumbd:
