Er.. Can I ask for cosplay advice here?

This is just help and advice and its teen to teen so.. yolo.

I am trying to find a character that would suit me or would at least look cute to cosplay and i'm not sure what to do! I can put cosplays together in a snap if the supplies are readily available (i.e not really crazy hair that would need to be super styled and etc) My picture is right there and I know I probably wont get any replies to this but it was worth a try :P
