so it was my first time taking ecstasy these pills were called yellow lions and yellow lions , i took one half and waited to come up then took the other half but suddenly i got all paranoid for about 2 mins and thought i was going to die was crazy stuff and after i felt amazing that when i came down i ended up taking another one the same i took one half first and the other when i came up so thats 2 pills in total, the next day i felt crappy couldnt really eat and just tired and wasnt up for anything as the days go on im slowly getting better but i still worry over stupid stuff start to nearly freak myself out, feeling sad if i watch something slightly sad i get a lump in my throat and start wondering am i going to stay like this for life? i took it last week thursday and its tuesday night now , is this normal? and how long more will it take for me to come back to normal i do feel better its just i cant stop over thinking and worrying
