The writing in italics is a post I made on a different forums, and someone replied that she is screaming that she likes me. But under that it is what I did and questions of what happened.
There's this girl at my school, were both 13. Each grade in our school is split up into 2 groups with sub groups for individual grades, Marrymeeting(upstairs) and Baxter(downstairs). I am in Marrymeeting while she is in Baxter, so we don't ever see each other. But she happens to be in my gym class. While we were playing kickball in gym she was one of the captains and I was the second person go get picked (first person was her best friend and I was the first boy to get picked). So I was bragging to my friends how I got picked first, and they said she liked me and thats why she picked me first.
So a few days after that I was going back to my wing(upstairs) from lunch and she was walking back to her wing(downstairs), and she asked how I was doing. I said good, then we had to stop talking because I was at the stairs. I realized that I liked her. And a few days later I was on Instagram and found her profile. It said she was dating someone from Baxter. So I was disappointed. She said hi to me one or two more times (I can't exactly remember them). And like a week ago me and my friend(he was the one who said she picked me first in kickball because she liked me) were walking to our next class and she said hi to me when she passed me, but I didn't realize she said hi to me(too busy laughing with my friend).
My friend told me a few seconds after we passed her that she said hi. Later that day I told my friend how it was weird how she was keep saying hi to me, and it seemed like she was flirting with me. He asked why I though that, and I said because she has a boyfriend. He informed me that they broke up a few days before, and now I'm interested again. If just this happened I would have thought she liked me. So just today she posted something on Instagram that was if you liked the picture she would rate you on a scale from 10-100%
10-I hate you
20-Do I know you?
30-Said hi nothing else
40-In my class
50-Friends
60-Good friends
70-Best friends
80-Brother/Sister
90-I want you
100-You're my life
So I liked it and she said 30. I don't know if this is because Instagram is public and she doesn't want other people to know she likes me, or if she's shy, or if she doesn't actually like me. I have been in a group of many people and I am the only person she says hi to. Just today our school had an evacuation and we gather in groups with the people in the first class of the day(it's called advisory). The groups are numbered and its on a hill, the higher numbers are at the bottom and the lower numbers are at the top(they are painted on the ground). So she came up to me and said I can't find my advisory, its number 19, she could have looked that the numbers get smaller at the top, but she came and asked me. I pointed her in the direction of it, and she said oh yeah I see them now just after I pointed in the general direction, and she went to join them.
Do you think she likes me? How should I proceed? I'm thinking about asking her to the next school dance (not sure how long until that is, and I don't know if I want to take that long to make my move). And if I try to ask her out sooner how should I ask her our/what should we do for a date?
P.S. I have never dated anyone, and she has like I mentioned earlier.

Day 1:

Her:Hi
Me:How are you doing?
Her:Good why?
Me:Why not?
Her:Why are you talking to me?
Me:I'm bored.(I didn't know what to say)
Her:Why did you choose me though
Me:Idk(again I didn't know what to say)
Her:Idk isn't an answer
Me:....
Her: Nevermind. bye
Me: Bye
Day 2:
Me:How are you doing?
Her:What do you mean
Me:Are you doing good?
Her:You mean like, "what's up?"
Me:Yeah
Her:Nothing. Much. Hbu?
Me:Nothing really, I just wanted someone to talk to, and I wanted to get to know you better.
Her:Why? Do you like me? Be honest...(I didn't see her say this)

Now I don't know if she doesn't like me or what. Maybe she thinks I just want to be friends, but I don't. I am really confused. Please help. I don't know what to do or if she likes me or not. Please reply.
