Discharge, I Think!

Over the past while i have been finding a clear, kind of sticky dampness in my panties. it has been becoming more and more regular.
Is it discharge or what exactly is it?

even if I'm not horny it comes. when i wear short and semi revealing clothing it is there and i feel kind of awkward and curios!

please help:)
