This is a new series on BBC2 this week. The idea, so far, is that each week a top chef goes into a cookery school and sets students there challenges before choosing one that they will mentor.
This week they are in Scotland with the chef Tom Kitchin. I have to say those students are really lucky to be getting this experience, Tom Kitchin comes across as really friendly and helpful with them, he always has something positive and encouraging to say to them. It will be interesting to see if other chefs in the next few weeks are quite so kind.
