Normal bra size 17 year old

What is the normal or average bra size for a 17 year old?
and also your best guess on normal penis size for a 15 year old, I want to know if my bf is average, small or large for his age.

and please no "everyone grows at their own speed" stuff
I know they do but a majority are around one size.
