Okay now just ebfore i say anything else i am practically a pro at evening out my skintone using make-up and stuff like that however make-up can get quite expensive and i don't have al the time in the world to even out my skin before i go to work and i have tan lines on my arms everywhere else doesn't matter to me it's just my arms. Now under the shirt it's white like my natural skin tone but past the sleeves it's dark like really dark it's scary so it kinda fades lighter as it goes ip my arm cause i use sleeveless shirts but i want to make my skin on my arms lighter without having surgery this time and i was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it? What kind of stuff can i put on my arms to make them lighter...btw i have the short sleeve tan
