At 17 and my penis hasn't grow since, like since i can remember, aha, it's 2" soft and 3.75" hard, i don't think i've had a serious growth spurt, i haven't had any growing pains, but i have 3 massive stretch marks on my back. i'm 5"9 and im worried that my penis has stopped growing, am i just a late bloomer ? I can grow pubic hair, a crappy neck beard, ive got arm pit hair and like 4 chest hairs
