So i run cross country and im currently training for the off-season. I notice that when i running shorts without spandex, my penis may become numb since the temperatures are between 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit when i run in the winter. When this occurs, my penis loses all heat and feels colder on my hand than the air outside. Is this dangerous or should i just ignore it?
