What chance do i have?

Theres a girl at college who i really like. I got chatting to her on text and we text a bit every couple of days. This led to me asking if she wanted to come to my party (which she agreed to even though she only knew me and one other guy that would be there.). By this point i had found out she had a boyfriend but shes not very complimentary about him (told me he was being a dick, stuff like that) and apparently told two of my friends who she met that night that she was on a break from her boyfriend.

All this was about a month ago. Well about two weeks ago she mentioned that she was going to a gig and asked if i wanted to go. I said yes and she told me it was probably just going to be us two. The day of the gig came but her boyfriend decided to come along (when he was at the bar buying drinks she told me that she didn't know he was coming).

Thats half the story...

Theres another guy at college who speaks to her more than i do (i have social anxiety) and flirts with her. I know he likes her but i don't know truly if the feelings are reciprocated (when we were walking home one day she said she made a point of telling me that they were just friends). yet even know it looks like they flirt with each other.

The question i'm asking here is, who does it look like she likes. Do i stand a chance with her. Shes been on my mind constantly from when i met her until now. Also what steps should i take now (bearing in mind that she does technically still have a boyfriend.)
