How to get a wet dream

Hi guys! I know this may be weird, but I have never had a wet dream, at least none that I know of.
It just crossed through my mind that when you're in puberty you should experience some but it never happened to me.
I am really interested in how it is.
Can you tell me if there's a way to get one and what to do?
