Voice not broken, almost 18 years old.

I'm turning 18 next February and there has been no significant change in my voice. I'm not even sure if I broke my voice or not. My voice has never cracked or squeaked before. However, when I record myself talking, I sound really girly and annoying. People have made fun of my voice and whenever I talk on the phone, people would think I'm a female. I feel like giving up and just accept the way it is but it's really hard to do so. I'm also envious of other boy's voices, why can't I be normal just like them?

Is there still a chance that my voice will get deeper? This has always been my main source of insecurity and it's getting me down.
