Hi I'm a 19 year old female and I have noticed that when I exercise specifically sit ups, leg lifts, running etc. I orgasm, and sometimes have multiple orgasms..I also orgasm when I go over bumps on a train, my phone vibrates in my pocket or I've held my pee too long...is this normal? This makes me not want to exceed isle because its kind of annoying (ps I don't orgasm every time I run) and because I'm a squirter so I'm always scared I will squirt when I am doing sit ups..what can I do about this?!? Would masturbation before working out help?
