I'm in track and field at my school and so I run a lot. I have good sports bras and it's not like I have huge boobs but sometimes when I run a lot my nipples will feel sore almost like a burning sensation. Sometimes it's so bad that when they rub up against my clothes it makes me wince in pain. Why do you think that's happening and what can I do to make it stop?
