Hey all, im not sexually active by the way, and have always had allergies. Today I noticed that my penis would be a little irritated when I was walking, which used to happen when I was way younger. On the bottom side of my penis, where the scrotum meets the shaft and up a little bit, the skin is rough and kind of wrinkly looking like over kneaded dough.
It doesnt hurt, I assume its no cause for concern and just irritation from my underwear, but I want to be sure. Thanks.
