a question to a bit older guys (20+) !

As you can guess I like a bit older guy and the problem is that so far I've never liked anyone much older than me (I mean 10years, that's fairly a lot in my opinion). This situation makes me feel kinda worse, worse in meaning; unexperienced, childish and ridiculous. I feel like if he figured out that I like him, he would see me as a pathetic stupid girl.. But something inside also tells me that he's a human (really attractive human :D, at least for me) and he also has some feelings and bla..

So the question is;
If you found out that plenty younger girl likes you, would you think she's pathetic if she didnt do anything embarrasing as poking you among your friends in some weird way, acting like a nuts or being intrusive? What would you think then? Including that she's attractive to you and she's not. Would you think she's pathetic in any case?

And general question;
Do you like younger women? If you do, how much younger they are allowed to be for you?
